About the Adolescent Health Program

The Adolescent Health Program seeks to educate and empower youth, families, and communities to prevent teen pregnancy, strengthen connections, build healthy life skills, and improve adolescent health outcomes.

Adolescence is a time of rapid change and growth physically, socially and cognitively. Habits learned during adolescence can support healthy adult lifestyles. Adolescence is also a unique lifestage, which requires targeted support to ensure adolescents are able to thrive.

The Adolescent Health Program provides sexual health education, parent education, positive youth development programs, and healthy life skills resources through the following projects:
